We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped and arrive in different boxes on different dates. Each package will have its own tracking number. 

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have questions about your tracking of shipment, drop us a message, and we will do our best to help. 

Before you reach out to us, please help us by completing the following:

1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
2. Ask your local post office if they have your package
3. Stop by your neighbors’ in case your delivery person left the package with them
4. Look around the outside of your home. Sometimes delivery couriers leave packages in strange places.
5. If the shipping courier has lost the package, please file a police report before contacting us here.

We do not currently ship to:

1. Metal Signs internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico
2. Countries with high lost-package rates (e.g., Brazil, India, UAE, Israel, etc.)

Any additional customs or tax may occur on international orders. This fee is NOT in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely by every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply any additional fees to your purchase. 

Yes, you can have gift orders shipped directly to the recipients of your gift.

Please note, you can only have one (1) shipping address per order. If you wish to send multiple gifts, you must place separate orders for each.

If multiple orders affects your ability to use a specific special offer or discount code, please reach out to use using our Contact Us Page so that we can assist you. In this case, there may be a separate shipping charge for additional destinations.

Direct pickup is not currently available.

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• A 25% cancellation/return fee may apply and is subject to approval.

• Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or cancelled once produced.
• Please double-check spelling, numbers, dates, colors and finishes before submitting your order.
• If there is a product that has a material defect then contact us and we can discuss how it can be replaced.

All our blankets are woven with 100% all-natural pure cotton thread. They're lightweight yet still have a nice heft that speaks to their quality.

Machine wash in cold water on gentle or delicate cycle. It's best to air dry, but you can tumble dry on low if you need to. Please do not use bleach or harsh washing detergents.

We offer our cozy throws in three different sizes:

• Large: 80” x 60”, which covers a queen-sized bed.
• Medium: 60” x 50”, our most popular size and typical for throw blankets.
• Small: 52” x 37”, best suited for children, pets, or used as a lap/travel blanket.

For our Woven Blankets:

• All designs are woven into the fabric, not printed.
• The image is created from colored threads, not ink.
• Won’t rub off or fade easily—very durable over time.
• Has the look and feel of a tapestry due to the weaving process.
• Colors may be less vibrant than printed options (e.g., no bright neons).

Yes, all of our FunLifeNow designs can be safely used outdoors without fear of rust. Every piece of FunLifeNow Metal Décor gets a baked-on powder-coated finish that is weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.

All FunLifeNow metal wall art comes with built-in mounting holes, so you can easily hang it using screws or nails. Many customers prefer small finishing or picture-hanging nails for a clean look.

If you’d rather not put holes in your wall, adhesive hanging products like 3M hooks work great and are available at major retailers like Walmart and Home Depot.

For outdoor hanging on brick, stucco, or stone, we recommend using masonry screws and a masonry drill bit.

We don’t include hanging hardware because every wall is different—our universal mounting holes let you choose the best method for your space.

A FunLIfeNow canvas print is your image printed with inkjet printers onto our high-quality museum-grade archival canvas material. The canvas is then stretched, also known as gallery-wrapped, around an internal wooden frame, allowing it to be visible from all sides.

Archival canvas is a specific type of canvas that is made to last a lifetime when printed with a giclée method. Most inexpensive canvas is full of harmful optical brighteners to produce a brighter canvas, but this can drastically reduce its lifespan before it begins to crack or fade. Our canvas uses minimal brighteners to ensure you still get that same amazing brightness.

Picking the right canvas size is part art, part science—and a little bit of fun! Start by measuring the space where you want to hang your print. If you can, lightly mark the corners with a pencil or painter’s tape to visualize it on your wall.

For a cozy spot like a hallway or kitchen nook, we usually suggest starting with an 18"×24". Decorating above a small couch or dining room buffet? Try a 24"×36". And for larger spaces—like above a queen bed or full-size sofa—go bold with a 36"×54" or larger.

When in doubt, go bigger. A slightly oversized canvas often feels more intentional and makes a stronger impact.

We reserve the right to refuse reproduction of prohibited content. Prohibited content includes content or material (text, images, or photos) that we believe:

• Is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Contains copyrighted material used without the written permission of the owner.
• Violates or otherwise encroaches on the rights of others.
• Advocates illegal activity.
• Harms anyone, including minors, or provides a link to any of the above.

Character limits depend on the product type, the personalization method, and the fonts we use. We always set the highest character limit possible while ensuring your custom design still looks great and fits properly.

Yes, spaces and punctuation do count as characters.

Please note: character limits cannot be increased—going over the limit simply won’t work with our design and production process.
